PERMISSION TO SELL:
Parents must complete and sign the Parent/Guardian Consent Form that handed out at the last Leader’s meeting. It’s a Pink/Yellow/White triplicate form that was tucked into the green/white Parent Packet/Discover, Contact, Take Action booklet. Need more? Contact Kathleen Bell or attend the Leader Meeting on Monday, Nov 8th
GIRL ORDERS:
Don’t forget that this is a Pay Now sale. Collect all money at the time of the product and magazine orders and WRITE A RECEIPT of payment to the parents – make sure you both sign it – you each get a copy. Deposit $$ at any Independent Bank using the bank deposit slips provided at the training (less your troop proceeds). Hold onto those deposit slips until you turn in all your final paper work to me next Friday, Nov 12th.
Need more deposit slips or receipt booklets? They’re on my front porch in a box. I will also bring them to the Leader Meeting.
ENTERING YOUR TROOPS ORDER:
Get onto the website now and set up your troop information and girls’ names. It’s a great idea to get a little practice poking around on the website now so you’re not overwhelmed later next week.
