Family Champion Campaign
Our Family Champion Campaign is an invitation for parents, guardians, grandparents, and volunteers to invest in the life-changing experiences that help girls grow strong in mind, body and spirit. By supporting Family Champion Campaign you are partnering with the Girl Scout Council to invest in the future of girls who will become the leaders of our communities in the coming years. How do Rockford Girl Scouts contribute to Family Champion?
Cake Auction
At the Cake auction, Girl Scouts and their Dads made cakes that were auctioned off. All the proceeds went to the Family Champion campaign.
Sewing Event
The Sewing event was held last Fall for parents to have insignia,try-its, badges and patches sewn on their daughter's vest or sash for a donation to family champion. If you need sewing done, we are collecting the vests and sashes at a Leader meeting. Place the vest or sash in a ziploc bag with the items that need to be sewn on, and complete one of the forms.
