Banking Information
All bank accounts - new and old - must have 2 signers on
the account with one being a Service Unit Directors (managers) or the
Treasurer. Because of the
Patriot Act, all bank accounts require an identification
number. You may use our Service Unit’s tax identification
number (EIN) in lieu of your personal social security
number. The EIN is 20-3350500. This is specific
to GSMISTS Service Unit 322. When opening a new account, your
account “name” should read as follows to be in compliance
with IRS rulings:
