Service Unit Event Registration
- All registrations for Service Unit events are to be mailed to:

- Make checks payable to Rockford Girl Scouts. Sorry credit
cards CANNOT be accepted
- There is no charge for leaders/adult helpers at Service Unit
events unless otherwise noted.
- Every event planned has a minimum number that need to participate.
If in the event we do not have enough participation to run an event
planned, all money will be refunded to the troop leader. No
refunds are given for no-shows.
- All registration deadlines
are two weeks prior to the event, unless stated otherwise.
- Each event will have a Primary Chairperson. Please contact
this volunteer with questions regarding the event.

- Events are open to Scouts first and then
if there is room, based on the event, spots may be opened for children
of leaders/chaperones. Council events are never open to siblings
(unless they are registered Girl Scouts) and the majority of
Service Unit events are not. If you have questions regarding siblings,
please contact the event chairperson.
